Started in 2008, it has become quite popular among the tourists visiting Pattaya. Warida Sae-eung, a local businessman built the market which covers 27 acres at the cost of 350 million baht.
The four geo-cultural sections in the market embody the architecture and values from the 4 parts of Thailand.
