Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The townhouses are individually owned and controlled, therefore units with accessible features are not available. The public areas have the following accessibility features: Clubhouse has elevators, Self-Operating elevator and a sloped accessible entry in resort swimming pool and Self Operating elevator for resort hot tub. Accessible pathways and walkways throughout the property, parking, route to townhouses, registration desk and toilet

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
