You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be 21 or older to check in. Please note a mandatory service charge is not included in the room rate and will be charged at the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly for more information. - The resort fee includes: - Spa and wellness facilities - WiFi - Beach chairs (2), 1 umbrella, and 2 towels per day - Coffee machine in room Please be informed that a deposit is required upon booking. The first 2 packages delivered to hotel will be handled complimentary. Three or more packages will incur a surcharge of USD 10.00 per package. Personal coolers are not permitted anywhere on the property, including the beach area and guest rooms.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
