When we arrived I asked if it was a continental breakfast and they said yes, so image my surprise when there was Eggs, Sausage and cubed potatoes as well! It was pretty clean, the check-in there was a note that said they were remodeling and ask for our patients, but I didn't experience any inconvenience. It was laminate in the room, and I didn't care for that, the floor was cold, and you can feel every little pebble/dirt, (that we might have tracked in) I prefer carpet. Hard floors or title is just so cold.

worst hotel we ever stayed at last 25yrs

The bedding was stained with who knows what.the bugs we could see were dead.toilet was leaking all over floor.dog feces all over outside.No refunds allowed.! could not use our hot tub because of holes and cracks it leaked on floor.all dispensers in bath were empty

The room was not the cleanest, the biggest problem however was that the king size bed was very old and squeaky.
The smell in the hallway just outside our room was extremely offensive.
The front staff in the morning.was more interested in sitting on the sofa in the foyer on her phone than checking us out.

Be ready to wait!

Had to stand at the counter repeatedly calling the hotel number to try to get the clerk to come check us in. I also rang the regular hotel bell on the counter the ENTIRE time I was repeatedly calling for someone to come check us in. South end of main floor hall REEKS of animal urine

Mostly all ok but there was a noisy guest till 12:30am but all good after that. Complimentry good.
