Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service hours. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Modifications or cancelations made after check-in are nonrefundable. Please note: Paid public parking is available at the 16th & Hoff Garage nearby the property. There is no elevator at the hotel. A deposit for incidentals will be charged upon check-in. All nonrefundable reservations will be charged at the time of booking.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
