Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Your credit card may be processed for an authorization of your first night’s stay on the day of arrival to ensure the property has a valid card. Debit and prepaid cards are not accepted at the property. The property cannot accommodate stays longer than 14 days. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed to check-in without the authorization or supervision of a parent or legal guardian. When booking 9 or more rooms, different policies apply. This charge will be $30. It will start at 9.00 am until 2.00 pm. We do not allow bikes and or scooters on site or in the rooms.
