Requested a walk-in shower and was told it would be on upon arrival. It was not. The room was extraordinarily cold in the heat did not work. Was wearing a coat the entire stay did report this to the staff. At time of visit, they were not upgraded rooms available because of carpet cleaning on three floors simultaneously

The area was very quiet.
Room and facilities were clean, but the arm chair seemed sunken, not comfortable to sit in. Probably too old or broken.

Nice hotel across from the Statehouse within walking distance of many restaurants and Providence Place. We had a great breakfast at the inhouse restaurant.

Definitely worth trying it. Room was super clean and the bed was comfortable.

Jeff at the front desk was very welcoming! Very spacious and clean rooms! Would definitely stay there again!
