Tournament and ended driving to
douglasville ga for a room !! Advisor never mentioned this will call hotels from now on and not use a booking service

Worst hotel service OF MY LIFE - NEVER STAY HERE!
Their desk staff has some of the most rude people I have ever encountered in hospitality. We extended our stay online for an additional day and because my husband was at work (he had the physical credit card) they LITERALLY kicked me out with my 2 kids. Wouldn't take cash, wouldn't wait 2 hours.
This is unheard of in the hotel industry.
Yes they are Indian. I am Asian, so not a race thing.
Be warned - NEVER STAY HERE!!
We went right next door to the Holiday Inn Express and they were so lovely, with Alabama service.
Another #PatelBrosFail.
