Great Business hotel in Northeast DFW area.

This location was not for us. We did not enjoy. It was less than adequate.
The spacious parking lot is approximately 4 acres and the closest parking space adjacent to the front entrance is over 240 feet. Precious Handicap parking is available but it was insufficient this weekend for our stay.
We were pleased with the cleanliness and arrangement of the furniture in our room, the shower was helpful for guests who use a walker and roll-ator to access such things.
As for the Mattress... When a mattress is so firm as to be adequate for about the span of an hour, then uncomfortable for a back, neck, hip, or shoulder there after until you arise or change body positions, you cannot honestly report a decent rest of a night's length. For the expenditure and for our primary purpose, (which was a temporary residence away from home while visiting family) we would not rate this hostelry higher than a 3 out of 5.
Unfortunate choice results in dissatisfaction.

Staff is very nice, but the rooms are old. We stayed during the ice storm and couldn’t get the room to cool off at all. The hotels heat was on and it was apparent that you were getting heat in your room no matter what.
As far as I could tell, they do not offer queen beds only double. And those double beds are tiny! There’s no was a couple could sleep in a double.
They’re located just off the freeway, however, the access is ridiculously difficult to get to if you’re coming from the north or west. Overall I’d give 2 stars and NOT stay there again.
