It was a quick overnight stay and was a great stay. Our shower/ tub didn’t have hot water. We arrived late so didn’t bother to contact anyone. Disappointing but those things do happen. Other than that, the stay was fine!

I did'nt get to stay, when I got there to check in I was informed that my reservation was cancel due to a water pipe had broken.

Room was in bad shape. Electrical outlet popped out of wall. Faucet in shower wasn't fully attached. More water came out of bottom spout than shower head. In morning pancake machine was out of order.

Disappointed, sold our confirmed room

We had a confirmed reservation for Saturday night. I had the confirmation with me- but they sold out all of their rooms-including ours. The clerk said they were supposed to text me- no text or email was received. Our points were taken- and not returned until Sunday or Monday afternoon. The clerk suggested we go to the Hampton Hotel nearby, which was also completely booked, never offering to check for another hotel.
Very shabby service, very disappointed in this "confirmed" reservation.
Is this the standard? I tried to resolved the issue, expecting additional points or SOMETHING, the hotel has yet to contact me, and IHG has done nothing!

First off I give five stars to the staff, called the day before and talked with Shameka over the phone to add a person name to the reservation because we were arriving at different time. She was so pleasant and made transition easy. She was also there when my friend arrived and remembered the phone call and my name. The morning reception Denaga was also super pleasant, and helped me with the spelling of Shameka name. Nice breakfast and a very comfortable bed. The reason I did not give the Holiday Inn five stars is because of the bathroom, the floor has not been cleaned in awhile and the bathtub had scum all over it which has not been cleaned for months.
