This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is ok. Same food everyday. We stayed a feel nights so I went out and bought English muffins ( they had white toast and sugar muffins ) cheese, hot sauce and precooked bacon. I was making my own egg muffin daily !
They have 24/7 hot coffee /hot water. That is a plus.
There is a pool that my husband enjoyed. There is no jacuzzi. We opted for no housekeeping and the front staff was very accommodating for many items we
needed .
This hotel is closer to my in-laws , we will be choosing this hotel instead of the ones closer to downtown Concord. We always had some kind of problems at those other hotels , no problems here.

The employees were so kind and friendly particularly Phil who helped us through an unexpected delay. Thanks to everyone for a memorable experience.

I was very upset..I booked this hotel because it has a pool...The pool heater was not working so they wouldn't let you use it..Front desk women on Saturday was not friendly and was talking to some man and I couldn't even ask her a question..

The staff were very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was restocked timely and warm. The hotel was clean, warm and I will be staying here in the future.

This hotel smelled so bad like curry and body odor. The smell assaulted you when you walk in the door. The beds felt like actual bricks. I tried to move rooms and there were no rooms available. I asked to check out early so I could go to a new hotel and they said I needed to contact Expedia. We ended up leaving one night early because they didn't clean the room and would not move us to a different room. Expedia has been working to try to get the refund they said I could get and have said no. Even though after we checked out early, they re booked the same room and were paid twice for it.
