I see myself living here

Room service was absolutely spectacular. I could see myself living here full-time. Bought a whole new wardrobe in the gift shop. The poolside cabana experience was the best. This is by far the best Hilton that I’ve been to and I cannot wait to come again.

Great restaurant

The restaurant was great and Gladwyn was such a kind and attentive host and server. We are so thankful for his excellent service. He made us feel heard and ensured everything came out as ordered and on time. We could see him deliver the same experience to other tables as well

Horrible- Stay AWAY

The front desk will not answer the phone. I even wanted to pay for an upgrade prior to arrival but they never answer the phone. The manager is always in a meeting. The hotel is outdated . The AC was broken in the room next to us and our assigned room. no way to reach housekeeping. The parking staff did not help us when we arrived but yelled and told us to move while we were checking in. Rude management but a great snarky attitude. They will not answer their phone if there is a guest in the lobby- that is their rule. Basically once you check in they do not care. . This is not a hotel that meets Hilton standards. I could stay in a shack as long as the hospitality was good and the host cared. Do Not Stay Here.

Great family spring break trip!

Great resort! Perfect location! Love the pool areas. Check in was easy. We were instantly helped with our bags. Room was clean and view was stunning. While here, we ate at Blue Restaurant in the hotel. Food was excellent! Our waitress Sanika gave great customer service and hospitality. She was so kind to our disabled son and made sure to accommodate his needs. She took the time to talk with him and make him feel extra special. We will be back.

The restaurant at blue was fabulous.

Gladwyn Vaz was a great waiter. He was an attentive and extremely friendly. He helped my family have a great start to our vacation. I normally do not leave reviews and am not easily impressed. He was excellent at his job and made the evening so much easier for us.
