Extra beds can be accommodated only on Junior rooms at a fee and subject to availability. As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation. Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
