Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the original payment card used for Advance Purchase Rate (prepaid bookings) must be presented at check-in and the cardholder must be present. On check-in a credit or debit card will be preauthorised to guarantee accommodations in case it is not paid in advance and any extras. A baby cot/crib is available upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Pets cannot be accommodated at the property.
