We understand that the access to the 8th floor with luggage was less than ideal, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We will review our room assignments to ensure guests with heavy luggage are accommodated more comfortably in the future.
We’re also deeply sorry for the persistent sewage smell in your room, as well as the noise from the hallway. Please know that we are investigating these issues with our maintenance team to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Your comments about the room amenities and condition, such as the wallpaper and lack of a refrigerator, are very helpful, and we will ensure they are addressed. We strive to maintain a high standard of comfort for our guests, and we will work on improving these areas.
