Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Best Western Plus Delmere Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. With the exception of our Advance Purchase rates, we do not make a charge to your credit card. For our Advance Purchase rate, we take the full pre-payment at the time of the booking. You will be required to present the same credit card used for the reservation upon check-in. We would like you to know that, if we have any problems with the credit card or with the information that you have supplied, we will get in touch via email to resolve the issue prior to your arrival. If we feel the booking is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and, we will notify you in writing. If you pay for your reservation online, you will still be required to present a credit/debit card as a guarantee, upon arrival. We will pre-authorise £50.00 per night. This authorisation will be automatically released within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel do not accept group bookings of 8 or more rooms. Hotel rooms may be allocated on the ground or lower ground floors. Subject to availability.
