You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of AED 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the airport transfers are available at an extra cost and needs to communicated with the property prior to arrival. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. Please note that the original credit card is required upon check-in. Please note that all guests staying and visiting guest at the hotel must present a valid original passport, Emirates ID (for UAE residents) or original National ID card from GCC countries upon check-in. Kindly note that all non-guaranteed reservation will be canceled by 18:00 hrs.
