Hotel is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and comfortable.
Staff was really helpful and accomodating. I asked a non smoking room and they gave me a non smoking room.
The location is perfect, close to Metro station and Kizilay Square. Lots of food options. Very safe to walk around during the night.

TERRIBLE!!

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Otherwise NOT recommended at all!! We arrived at night, the bed was full of body hair, room changed, same problem + broken window, moreover it smells like smoke in every room star. There is a smoking ban in the rooms, yet there is an ashtray in every room. The rooms are incredibly dirty. It is only cleaned at the beginning and even after the “cleaning” it looks as bad as before. It was not even wiped, vacuumed or changed the bedding during our stay (5 days)! In the bathroom it smelled strongly of mold and there it was not even thoroughly cleaned (maximum the trash can was emptied). There were urine stains on the toilet lid. Besides, it's mega clairvoyant. Nothing is fresh at breakfast. Everything from the day before. The only thing that can shine is the friendliness of one receptionist and with the location. The 4 stars are absolutely incomprehensible. Conclusion: I speak for my whole family (7 people): One of the worst hotels in the area!

the breakfast was the worse. limited options, dry cheese, dry jam, tomatoes and other vegetables rotten and old, etc..

It would be high rated property if it hadn't been dripping from above in our bathroom.

In my experience, the hotel was not provided us good service. We were traveling with 2 infants and we couldn't get heat and room was so cold.
