The service here was exceptional, truly embodying real hospitality. 🎀 Whenever staff were around, they would make eye contact, offer genuine smiles, and patiently wait to assist. I love that personal touch.

Restaurants in the hotel were not very good as we had expected them to be. The food was not tasty except the breakfast buffet which was very different and excellent and had everything from all over the world.
Only problem was that we stayed for 4 nights and they asked us to clear the outstanding bill after 3rd night and not during the check out which we found for a 5-star hotel not an elegant practice. Also on the day of checkout they called us at 8:30 am in the morning to remind us that this was our day of checkout and asked if they can send someone already at 8:30 am to help with luggage even when we told them that we wanted to checkout at 12. It was a bit too much and we felt a bit harassed.
