We stayed only one night but the hotel was clean and the staff went out of their way to suggest activities and restaurants for our time there.
We would stay again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed, wish I had skipped Geneva completely.

This hotel was booked by my travel agent so I had no idea what I was getting, looking at the website the picture look quite nice, but, not my room I arrived early and could not check in, so I said I would return. When back they said my suitcase had already been taken to my room. Then the bad new began, I was on the 5th floor, the elevator only went up to the 4th floor plus the room was partially obstructed by the sloping ceiling which made the room similar to a cave. The bathroom had no counter space the room was extremely dark and the TV was offset so you could not see it clearly. The ceiling was so closed to the bed one night I hit my head getting out of bed, if there are two people in the room the other person is really hindered getting into the bed. I am sure the other rooms are nice but I would never stay at a Tiffany hotel again. Also I found Geneva to be an uninteresting city, the location of the hotel just was not very good and I dreaded going back to stay in my cave. I was so glad to leave Geneva and head to Zurich, which is a far better city, IMHO.

Nice boutique hotel in Geneva

One of the nicer boutique hotels in Geneva. The location, right in the heart of Plainpalais is perfect, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and not too touristy. Service is great, breakfast buffet is fine. Rooms are fairly big by Geneva standards and the staff is very professional. Would gladly go back, even if the decor is a tad dated (but not in a bad way).

Boutique hotel

Boutique hotel located in a heritage building. Nice cafes in the area, and very good restaurant inside the hotel. Recommend the chef's special with 3 courses - had a delicious and tender lamb. Helpful staff at the desk, and we got a free upgrade. Room sizes a bit on the small size, but regular for this kind of building. Might need a few trips on the lifts if too many bags.

Tuffony Experience

My experience at this hotel has been boring. Upon arrival we were well received but, the elevator was very small and narrow. The rooms are fine, clean but the room designs are terrible. The hotel wifi didn’t work very well and they were slow to load things like Google, Safari or YouTube.
I recommend this hotel to only sleep 1 day no more, and only by the way.
