Lovely little hotel in an old wooden house, super cozy rooms and nice staff. Fresh bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the breakfast was taken on the glass veranda in the light of a chandelier. Located beautifully by the canal and 15 min walk into the center. Highly recommended!

Villa Vesta - charming and cosy

Hotell Villa Vesta was an enchanting homely and old-worldly embracing experience. Hanna made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The rooms of this historic house are cosy and have a no-nonsense farm-house feel. Situated perfectly for a 15-minute stroll to either the famous Ronneby park and spa, or into the town centre and its historic quarter, and the handful of restaurants. Johanna arrives well before dawn to prepare a simple yet delicious breakfast for all guests to enjoy in the sun-room overlooking the canal, or in the vintage decorated dining room. They made the extra special effort of rising early to take me, themselves, to the airport for that early flight back to Stockholm, rather than rely on the scant availability of the local taxi. A lovely stay with the unique charm and experience you don't get at the big-chain hotels.

Coziest hotel by the river

What a nice and cozy place! Stayed in room no. 4 with great beds, fresh bathroom and wonderful view of the river. The staff was very nice and helpful. A family atmosphere. Easy to park the car. Perfect walking distance along the river into the center of Ronneby. The breakfast buffet lacked nothing. We would love to return here.

We made a stop at Ronneby on our roadtrip and found this lil gem of a place. Lovely staff and very cute villa with fantastic breakfast! Unfortunately we couldn't get a room at the villa itself but at the second floor of the annex which was totally fine. The shared bathroom was very clean and there was also a little shared kitchen which we didn't use but looked okay for small meals. The room was small but clean and with soft but okay single beds. The highlight was definitely the breakfast which one can enjoy at their lovely terrace facing the front yard and the stream. Very complete buffet with some outstanding quality details. Highly recommended.

Charming

Charming and quiet little hotel with patina in the ”Blekan” area consisting of spectacular old villas from late 19th century. A kind of old ”sommerpension” atmosphere. Stayed in a nice standard room on 1st floor with view to Ronnebyån. Low ceiling as often seen in older houses but quite cosy and comfortable. Bathroom functional but could need an upgrade. Nice breakfast served in the cosy "good old days" sitting room & veranda with view to Ronnebyån. Very friendly hosts.
