The hotel will contact the guest to confirm the date and time. The hotel cannot guarantee access to the spa without prior reservation. Please note that hotel guests can access the Plaza Mayor by car. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card used to make the reservation. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that access to the spa is not included in the room price unless otherwise specified. When booking a spa included rate, please contact the property to schedule your appointment. Air conditioning in the rooms is available from June 15 to September 15. Half board and full board regimens do not include drinks. If a prepaid nonrefundable reservation is made, the property will send guests detailed instructions and a link to a secure payment platform. If payment is not made within the period specified on said platform, the reservation will be canceled. Guests must show a valid ID and credit card at check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Due to the remodeling of the facilities, the spa will be closed from February 17th to March 13th, both days included.

Please note that under Royal Decree 933/2021, effective February 1, 2025, hotels in Spain may request certain personal information at check-in, including but not limited to identification, address, email, and phone number for guests 14 and older, as well as proof of relationship with minors under 14.
