Unfortunate & Disappointing
It's a one-night hotel, if you have nowhere else to stay.
I comment on negative aspects:
The man who helps the owner of the palace, has not one iota of generosity or kindness, becoming a little indecent and impertinent.
- After returning from seeing Haro at 23:30h, we are controlled by the arrival and on top of that he tells me what times are those of arriving to sleep, when he should neither control us nor opine, since it is a hotel and not an accommodation of Pepito's house. But it’s more Airbnb-oriented than hotel-oriented, because you walk past like your living room, and it’s all dark.
-The mattresses are recommended, change them every 10 years, and those were literally more than 25 years old, so you can not spend any night sleeping when you nail springs and wake up sunken. You can see it in the photos.
The shower had hundreds of hairs from whoever was there, and all super filthy.
-They do not do decent cleaning, neither bathrooms nor rooms, because there are cobwebs, mold, and dust on all corners. They just make the bed.
- It does not have a house maintenance, hanging lamps, split chicks, water swollen floors, bent rodapies and a damp pest that you die, in the attic room that is the highest, imagine the lowest room.
- The Jacuzzi connects it a while earlier so that it heats up and does not spend light, but it does not have power to heat that and does not understand that it spends less keeping the water warm as a heater, and on top they cover the buttons, to raise your temperature if you want, with a white hard plastic caught with a body tape. Despicable towards the customer.
In addition to having the sauna full of junk and broken, and what is close to the rusty hot tub, due to the high volume of chlorine they use, which is even denounceable for such high concentrations.
- Breakfast is poor, but just enough for breakfast although nothing is homemade, everything is industrial, even the juice that is Tang powders and scrambled eggs water with powders.
- The higher temperatures usually rise and are high, because they do not have air conditioning because at night it cools, but it is full of mosquitoes and in heat wave do not cool the nights, so you should have penguins in case you need them.
The only good thing I can say, is that the environment is quiet and to park is easy.
Advice to the owner:
Don of people to the maximum to improve.
Repair and clean everything thoroughly.
And last but most importantly, people travel to sleep better than at home and so we pay prices, in that Pension, which cannot be called a hotel, the price should be lowered, because it is not worth them, and on top of that starts changing the mattresses, that even if the room is not fixed or clean, if you sleep well in bed, everything else does not give so much importance.
Please, I hope you get better, because we'll never come back.

Excellent experience
The host couple who run the hotel are charming and welcoming. Monsieur waited for us until almost two in the morning to know the result of my daughter who presented the national dance competition in Burgos. He congratulated her generously on our return for her first prize.
The breakfast was very good and the à la carte meal offered in the evening was delicious!
We would not hesitate to recommend him!
