Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note guests under 18 are not allowed in to any events at the Hard Rock Ibiza Beach Hotel, as it is adults only. Please note that a deposit will be charged upon arrival in order to cover any additional expenses during the stay. Guests will be charged 100% of the reservation for early check-out. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform. Check the hotel's app for available services. Cash transactions at this property cannot exceed EUR 1000, due to national regulations; for further details, please contact the property. Please note that the name on the reservation must match the name on the card used to make the booking. This card must be presented at check-in.
