Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Hotel El Puerto by Pierre Vacances of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. ARRIVAL: 24H Reception SERVICES: When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 19,50 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (1 pet per room) BOOKING CONDITIONS: When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the service charge applies to all bookings and it is not refundable. Daily cleaning, bed and towel linen changed every 3 days.
