You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property will email you check-in details in advance. When you arrive in Barcelona, contact the property using the contact details on the Booking Confirmation. Please note that parties are not allowed at these apartments. Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in after 21:00 as follows: From 21:00 to 22:45 - EUR 30 Early check-in before 15:00 is available on request at an extra cost and is subject to availability.
