Please inform New Madinah Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. New Madinah Hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings with more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that third party credit cards are not accepted. The credit card used to make the booking must be present at the reception desk upon check in for verification. 1. Please note that all children are welcome. Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Children from 6 up to 12 years old will be charged at 50% of breakfast/meal price. 2. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel. 3. Please note that Suhoor will be served instead of breakfast during the month of Ramadan. 4. As per Govt. rules and regulation only Muslim guests are allowed to stay in the property.

Non-Muslims may enter Medina, but must keep distance from the Al-Masjid al-Nabawi. Please note to check with hotelif they accept non-muslim guests. According to government policy and social customs in Saudi Arabia, marriage certificate need to be provided upon check in if a male and female shares a room.
