Great

Very nice hotel, great reception, clean and more than excellent in its immaculate manner and the restaurant although it is big but very varied, the hotel''s location is great overlooking the pagoda mosque, you can see all the squares from the hotel''s room, there''s a mosque entry gate directly, and it''s close to all amenities whether restaurants or gift shops.

Disappointed. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN

You make a booking and your pay for it in advance at the hotel. You ask because it's Ramadam, is it including iftar or sehri. They say you can choose it's up to you. Either sehri or iftar. So we choose iftar.
So on the day after fasting all day when we get to M floor where they serve the food our room number is not on the list.
We go to the reception and all they do is laugh at you and say we made a mistake. You booking is soon only.
They guy at the reception kept laughing at us and saying you made a booking for room only.
If we made a booking for room only how would we know about the option of sehri or iftar. I kept saying I want to speak to the person who I booked with. But they wouldn't acknowledge anything I would say. They kept smiling and laughing.
I was so angry and upset because I run a business too and the way they treated us was unacceptable.

100% Recommend Mysk Touch Al Balad!

I was unsure about what to expect for this hotel as it wasn't so well known in my research for hotels in Medina, however, it surpassed all of my expectations. It was super clean and the service overall in the hotel was excellent. The housekeeping staff were really friendly and kind, we would like to thank them for all their hard work. The breakfast was of great standard as well given the good price point of the hotel. The staff on the reception were very helpful as well. The hotel was directly opposite the mosque entrance and if I remember correctly, we were in front of gate 305. It is a bit of a slight walk to women's section, which I would say is about 10-12 mins but often because it was so busy inside we would pray in the courtyard as well which was a lot closer. Don't let the slight distance put you off, it's also quite nice to walk through the grounds. There's also many food places nearby too and the Bin Dawood Supermarket is around 8-10 mins away too which was convenient. Overall, if you have any hesitancy about booking this hotel because it is perhaps not one of the 'brand' hotels, please don't! It was at an affordable price point but the standard and service was a lot better than other hotels I have visited. 10/10 for Mysk Touch Al Balad!

SAKIB was wonderful

The hotel service was very nice, especially the Bangladeshi people that work at the restaurant and room service. It made the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any future stays. I would like to call out Sakib who was so helpful and kind to us during our stay.

Unforgettable Stay

Dear Sir/Madam,
Assamualaikum, we stayed at your hotel for 2 days, from January 8 to January 9, 2025. Even though the bathroom was too small, we enjoyed the stay. The access to the mosque was very fast despite the work that was done in the street. The room was very clean, comfortable and we had nice views of the Prophet’s mosque. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff very professional. In addition, we were offer a free diner.
The staff was very professional: Suhail, Rafiq and Muhammad were always keen to help us. They were very helpful and welcoming.
The hotel Management allowed us to check out 2 to 3 hours after the deadline without paying a dime.
We will for sure recommend the hotel to our friends and acquaintance.
Thank you for the unforgettable stay and keep on the trend.
