Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of PHP 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the same credit card used to guarantee the booking must be physically presented upon check-in together with the credit card holder. The property reserves the right to charge the credit card provided upon booking, prior to arrival. Please note that Azumi Boutique Hotel is currently an accredited Quarantine Hotel in Alabang, Muntinlupa by Department of Tourism (DOT), Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) and Department of Health (DOH). The Hotel is a non-smoking building. Rooms and Common areas are non-smoking area. A Penalty of 5,000.00 will be impose for violators.
