I just came to come and explore and meet freinds. The hotel was probably one of the closest towards town

Very nice hote. Came for a stay with freinds to go view and take on the towns and enjoy. Hote was very accommodating with prices and the room was lovely. Very good for the pricing. Have all the necessities like tv, showers,toilet and other things which were very useful for me

The only good thing with this hotel is a location

Small. There is a hall for breakfast it doesn’t work. There are vending machine selling you chick bars and frozen sandwiches. Thank you to management there is a microwave oven free of charge. Coffee machine is one of the most expensive, I ever have seen - 3,90 € per a cup of a latte. Very narrow and steep staircase. Buttons at an el vat or are not lit, so you never know did you press it or not. Carpet on floors are covered with different colours spots as well as a carpet in a room. Good bath, large enough towels, but towels not changed on daily basis and huge spots of rust surrounding a tub. Very bed sound isolation, you easily can take a part in arguing you neighbours have at night. Front doors are locked down approx at 8 pm and if there is no concierge at front desk you are in trouble. Very tasty and very expensive Chinese restaurant in couple doors aside.
Make your choice. I don’t think money I paid was worth everything described above.

With Canceling the room..they will steel your money be careful

I booked a room in april for in August there was clearly said on website booking.com that canceling the room was free befor 10 august I payed in advance cause of this information they gave. After I payed there is suddenly on the receipt you don't get your Money back if you wanna cancel. Wile they tell you something totally different on the website. Befor the Hollyday seison and befor you payed the room.I had to cancel and I am canceling really in advance.. and guess what.. I don't get my money back the whole amount of it. So factualy they stole the full amount of 176 euro from me with out me making use of anything in this accommodation. Be carefull if you book here. They tell you canceling is for free when you book the room. But after you payed it's a whole different story. In reality canceling is not possible at all and sutenly not for free they will take all your money this hotel are thieves.

Not the best place to stay in Eindhoven

This hotel is located about 25 minutes walking distance from the Eindhoven central station. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the real problem was with the bathroom. First of all, there was no hand soap (really unacceptable in the Covid era) or body sampoo at all. Secondly -and most important- there is a constant urine smell in the bathroom and that's the main reason I won't be there again in the future. They should really do something about it ASAP!

Terrible experience

My first night at this hotel is good. The hotel is in good location with car park.
But the weekend night is a nightmare.
I was wakeup at night by the banging on my door. When I got up and open the door, there are a group of young people high on drug in front of my door.
I told them wrong room and get back to sleep but many more to come and keep banging on my room door.
I call the receptionist 3 times. She does not come. I came down stair to the reception and told her what happens. The night shift receptionist just told me that she will come up but in fact there are more young people coming to the lobby and they are chatting with her very friendly.
Things are getting worse. More people come and banging on my door. They even have group sex right in the hallway in front of my room.
It happens right now at the moment when I am writing this review. One guy seems like a gang member even told me that did I just went to the reception.

The first post was right at the moment when it happened but was not published. Tipadvisor thinks that it's Profane and Vulgar Language. The fact is worse than what I tried to descibe.
I could not sleep the whole night and I have to drive 1000 km the next day.
To be fair, the day shift receptionist is very nice. She did say sorry for what happens last night to all the customers.
I will never stay at this hotel again.
It’s not only you can not rest but it’s too DANGEROUS!
