We very much appreciate your visit and valuable time that you dedicated to sharing your experience about your recent stay at the Hotel Azul Ixtapa Grand. We regret that our dishes and variety of buffet were not to your liking and your selection, but we mention that all days we have different themes in the buffet and different types of varied foods in the cold bar (salads, fresh seafood, fish ceviches, shrimp ceviches, guacamole, tuna salad, etc.), in the hot bar (different stews with proteins (beef, pork and chicken), fish, seafood and stewed vegetables), as well as different types of desserts, but rest assured that we will continue to strengthen our food selection at the buffet and we will gladly follow up on his observations in specialty restaurants; It will be a pleasure to receive and assist you again in this your home, please receive an affectionate greeting.
