Looks like the property is under renovations at the moment. The carpet in the room and the washroom was outdated

Terrible reservation system built not for customers but for their interest

The reservation process is a mess! It is designed to serve their purposes and never the customer. The customer service will hang up on you if they can’t help only after leaving you waiting for 30 minutes and being terribly rude! I made a reservation for my in laws on the Fiesta Americana web page. I called the hotel to make the payment so my in laws didn’t have to pay. They can’t charge me for the room and they can’t cancel the reservation. Their process/ system makes it impossible to solve problems. It is frustrating and the personnel is awfully rude!

Lousy hygiene

Hard pillows, hard bed, air conditioning was not efficient, everything looks old, terrible hygiene, I got a cockroach on the sheets and the fridge had mold.
