Ideal
The hotel is on an inner street but very close to the main one. This makes it noisy at all and it sleeps perfect. On the other hand it is very easy as a location to catch both public bus and excursions. It is also a 5 min walk to the public ferry that goes to Valeta every half hour. The hotel staff is super friendly. They're a sweetheart. The island in general is very friendly to tourists. They treat us very well. The room is cozy, nice decor, very new. The AA.CC. works divine. It makes little noise at night and sleeps very well.
The bathroom is nice with designer shower. There is a full mini kitchen. The interior design is very well designed. It has a small pool in the attic, very cute and great views. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need.
I highly recommend this property.

If you are looking for a clean, modern hotel with spectacular views in Malta, Hotel Eleven by Warren Collection is a great choice.
I recently stayed at the Hotel Eleven by Warren Collection in Malta and was very pleased with my experience. The hotel is clean, modern and offers spectacular views from the 10th floor. The staff is very courteous and helpful, especially the receptionist Sabrina, who was very nice.
Pros:
Cleaning: The hotel is very clean and well maintained.
Modernity: The decor is modern and functional.
View: The view from the 10th floor is breathtaking.
Staff: The staff is very courteous and helpful.

Against:
Position: The hotel is a bit out of the way, but there are several public transport links to the city centre.

We chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.
The Bad:
- Extremely Weak Shower: The water pressure was so low that showering became a challenge.
- Mosquito Problem: This was our biggest issue. Despite it being winter, we dealt with mosquitos for 3 out of our 4 nights, leading to sleepless nights and bites all over, including my face. It was baffling and frustrating.
The Good:
Friendly Staff: The team was incredibly helpful and kind, and we truly appreciated their efforts. No complaints here.
While the staff's hospitality stood out, the issues with the shower and mosquitos significantly impacted our stay.

Great stay in a hotel with top service!
Together with my girlfriend I stayed at this hotel from 21 to 29 August. 2 days before our holiday our stay, at another Warren Collection hotel in Malta, was unexpectedly cancelled due to an overbooking by booking.com. We then contacted the hotel and were quickly put in touch with Chiara. She was our lifesaver and soon managed to arrange a replacement stay at Hotel Eleven. From the moment we stepped inside we felt understood after the somewhat chaotic run-up to the holiday. The staff was excellent, very friendly and aware of the problem played. It was stated that they are committed to making us have a pleasant stay during our holiday. That promise has been more than fulfilled. Besides being a beautiful hotel, the service was also excellent. As for that room, we can conclude that it has a modern, aesthetic look. There is convenient use of the spaces and it was bigger than we expected. The balcony, on the other hand, was quite small (it is not possible to sit here for example), but that fits well with the unique tendencies of the hotel. The bathroom was also stylish and luxuriously decorated. As for the location, it is also an ideal place. We could easily get around by scooter and always had place to park. Moreover, the pound to the capital Valletta was a few minutes walk away, which was ideal for the dinners we enjoyed here. The room was thoroughly cleaned and we had nothing to worry about. In addition, in this boutique hotel you feel that the personal approach of the staff is of paramount importance. In short, we had a carefree stay in an excellent hotel, in which the service was of great quality. In conclusion, I would like to thank Hotel Eleven and its staff for their hospitality, with Chiara in particular for how they dealt with the issues that unfolded a few days before our stay.
