Great staffs, great hotel!

I want to express my gratitude to the staffs at this hotel since they were very helpful during our stay. They were so nice and friendly, I couldn't ask for more for the service. The room was spacious and clean, so beautiful with the pool view. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom looked really nice with a big mirror, but the door sometimes didn't work well so I hope they will fix it. I didn't have breakfast there so I couldn't give any comments about it. Also, I love the lounge area, very spacious, beautiful view and decorations. Overall, I would love to come back here again!

Look OK outside but terrible room and services

I stayed at this hotel from March 27-29. From the outside, the hotel looks OK by Laos standard. But wait until you experience the hotel, its services, and breakfast. The room is spacious, but hot water was provided by a direct heater, so it wasn't good. Breakfast was poor and of low quality. Internet was intermittent at most. When I checked out, I could not pay by credit card as the internet was down. Had to come back later in the afternoon to pay before going to the airport. Terrible services, especially when I paid US$100 for the room.

No good value for the price paid

Hardly any connectivity from my room (poor internet access) and cannot stay productive. Water got disconnected some of the time. No good value for the price paid. Would avoid this hotel in the future.

Sleepless night

Avoid this hotel as there are many visitors (possible drunk) who never sleep and run around creating noise pollution at 3am. The hotel is great with good service but there is nothing they can do to the noise pollution.

average and unfinnished hotel

Nice staff. roughly 40000kip tuk tuk for 4 people ride from centre. hotel appears unfinished. hotel mainly occupied by tourists from mainland china. hotel didnt have my booking ( from booking.com) when we arrived. wifi is not good.
