Very nice little houses on the river

We stayed in the little pink house overlooking the Ticino river for one night only, arriving at 11pm and leaving at 9am in the morning. Very nice little house, well furnished and comfortable. Maybe it needs some maintenance work, but I must say that we were satisfied. We found it clean, heating at the top. Maybe I would have found a courtesy kit in the bathroom, the location and view were priceless. For our short experience I recommend it

Bad reception

I visited the campsite last Sunday in the company of a friend looking for the right place for a first camping experience.
Nice campsite, shame that the receptionist was absolutely grumpy, unqualified in manners and rude in approaching potential customers.

We truly found peace of mind

Highly recommended, my wife and I stayed at this property yesterday and we had a really good time, we were well received by the staff, the house is a spectacle on the banks of the Ticino river, the rooms are really comfortable, we had dinner at the restaurant and we had a great time there too, recommended both for couples like us and also for couples with children, I guarantee that you will truly find peace of mind.

Bad reception

From a video published on YouTube I decided to go and see this wonderful campsite located in Ticino up close in order to possibly put up a tiny house on a pitch, considering that both on their website and on YouTube there was the possibility of any loading and unloading pitch and accessibility all year round, well all of this is not true, the person who welcomed me at reception told me the opposite, exactly like this: the pitches cost €1800, we are not open all year round and It's not possible to live here! I replied: there must be a misunderstanding, I didn't ask her the price but simply to have general information and to be able to talk about a possible annual contract.
From my point of view: the campsite is certainly nice but the staff who manage it should be radically changed. I don't recommend it to everyone!

Plates and glasses, better to use paper ones
