Beautiful place with great service
The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures can express. The warm welcome was immediate. The host is very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast is prepared with a lot of care and love; the homemade cakes and eggs made to your liking were the perfect start of the day. The host also provided excellent restaurant recommendations, made reservations, and suggested less touristy places to visit in the area. If we decide to visit Pisa again, we will definitely stay at Live09.

Comfortable room, brand new furnishings, impeccable cleanliness.
Very rich breakfast with excellent cakes prepared by the owners who carry out their work with love and dedication and the results are:
perfect welcome, kindness, smiles and right advice, which make this structure an excellent b&b from every point of view.

Perfect stay in Pisa!
Everything was perfect!
The owner is really nice, made sure we have everything we need. He speaks also perfect English.
We are not fans of Italian sweet breakfast so he prepared us a salty version!
Rooms are really sexy and spotless clean.
It’s the only place we will stay in next time we are in the area!

Poor quality, never go there! Not recommended! Unfriendly!
Very inflexible owner, treats people unfairly, only focusing on getting money from tourists.
Unreasonable. Rooms look nice, but people are not sincere.

Very kind persons
The design itself is a kind of modern design too much cold
So if you look for typical tuscan place, this is not adequate. If you look for service oriented hotel, this is the place to be
