Club Eloro excellent!
We’re still here at Club Eloro, the last day of our vacation. Everything is perfect! Food 10, rooms 10, courtesy 10, cleanliness 10, excursions 10, entertainment 10, bar 10, in short, everything is excellent! Sicily is beautiful, and Club Eloro is beautiful!

More seem than a
The arrival by car was without problems.On arrival we were not exactly politely advised the parking in the grounds costs 10 euros.On request at the reception if this is normal was given a clear yes.You can park the car gladly outside there it costs nothing and is safe.On request why this is not there at over 170 euros per night said you are just so,now we would like to pay the tourist tax of 45 euros.The rooms are ok the fittings old and not good to look at, the lack of soundproofing makes it impossible to come to rest (animation until night) if this corresponds to the price paid per night? Clearly no. I work in the hotel segment think can judge that.
The beach is such a topic.Lie all occupied is clear after 16.00 o'clock logical.Beach is clean.Morning you are insulted if you want to go in the water before 9 o'clock and the umbrella must not be put up under any circumstances.I also had the impression that the friendliness towards the locals was better these were always treated friendly the rest was more likely to be perceived as annoying, but was as I said my personal feeling.
For food well,who doesn't have great demands and who doesn't care will find what he is looking for here.Whoever expects real Italian cuisine is wrong here.That the same thing can also be different I have experienced in numerous other also large hotels in Italy.In this hotelMajor part Convience products.
The drinks at the bar are ok, the cocktails well.to what extent disposable cups are contemporary is put there.
The location is very remote without a car it will be hard to get away and to look at something.Since we have booked the hotel to look at Sicily it is not significant that it is actually not all inclusive but rather a full board plus the snacks there is not.Shame for the children is also,the ice cream must be paid for except during the main times.I am aware that it is more expensive in the high season,but the price is real rip-off especially since from 10 pm is finished with all or you paid per person again around 8 euros to get further in quotes Free drinks.The displayed alleged 4 stars are a maximum of 3 stars.Oh such a thing is absolutely unacceptable that can be smoked anywhere outside without regard to the neighboring tables. Internet is extremely annoying as it has to be re-registered several times without words

Worst hotel experience we have ever had!!
In the room there was no kettle, thank God we had our own with us, the sheets were full of holes, because of mosquitoes we could hardly sleep at night, the sets in the bathroom, just horrible and disgusting, are VERY outdated, around the place is NOTHING going on, empty room fridge, the food just TERRIBLE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

NOT 4/3 Star Hotel
We were here on October 2024, I can not understand why they call this hotel a 4 star hotel. We were all inclusive guest at this hotel. There are few things that you should know before booking this hotel.
* You have to pay for your drink after 10pm.
* you have to pay for your parking
* you have to pay for your beech towel 5 Euro a day and deposit of 25 Euro.
* FOOD. There is little choice and lots are cold. Same food repeated daily. [ Please see the attached photo].
* gym is a small room with only three equipment and two not working [ Please see the attached photo].
* balcony is so small that not fit for two people standing with dirty chair.[ Please see the attached photo].
* shower is so small and broken tiles and dirty shower. [ Please see the attached photo].
* I would never go there again and this hotel is not fit to be even called 2 star hotel.
* I think this hotel had not been refurbished for decades.
The only good about his hotel is room cleaning.
Finally, I was not happy with the food, hotel and rooms

Hotel not for 4 stars, maximum 2
Very old and untidy hotel, repairs killed. Dirty!!!! The air conditioning didn't work, the water wasn't hot for one day. The food is not good at all. The best is the fries. Flies fly around the restaurant. The beach doesn't clean up, there's rubbish in the sand. The music in the evenings is very loud and never let you rest. And the hotel is far from civilization, you need to rent a car or bus to the city.
