Great location and good value for money
The rooms, although clean, are a bit small and could use a refresh, as well as the bathroom, which is quite cramped. However, these details are compensated by the convenience of being able to leave the car stored in the garage (be careful though: it is not suitable for cars with luggage racks due to the low entrance).
Overall, great value, recommended for short stays or for those looking for a convenient base to explore the area.

Horrible.
Asking to change the room into the main building which feels a little fresher but unfortunately it is not possible.
We ask for help to clean up all these mosquitoes but the reception staff says no and that we can go to the pharmacy ourselves and buy mosquito spray.
Very disappointed
We are very dissatisfied with the breakfast which is meagre, no vegetables are available, just cheese o pressed ham as a topping. The bread beneath all the criticism is light bread roll o toast.
Dinner is so-so however slightly better than breakfast
We have travelled a lot in Italy from north to south and stayed in 3 star hotels and been very satisfied, this is clearly the worst.
We are Disappointed Sad Travelers,

The area was really good, plenty of nice restaurants & cafes. Train stations in walking distance. Plenty of shops around. Had breakfast in cafe next door Cafe Salute, croissants and drink for around £3, excellent value
