Relaxing lake view

Surrounded by nature and located on the lake front, this hotel has particularly surprised us, offering a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. The panoramic terrace of the room allows you to enjoy the landscape. The rooms are well furnished and cared for in every detail we for our stay we chose a superior lake view, the staff and fantastic very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the refined restaurant of the structure is of excellent quality. But the gem that we liked the most is the beautiful experience in the Finnish whirlpool with panoramic views. Experience highly recommended and to be repeated.

Excellent and very good value

Location outstanding. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We had a suite and it was excellent although the bathroom needed refurbishing which they said they were doing over the next few weeks. Very good value.
We also had dinner one evening and enjoyed that too.

Not up to a 4-star rating

The view from the hotel is definitely the strong point, the rest is definitely to be improved and not up to a 4star. The rooms are not soundproofed and without windows. Furniture that wants to give the semblance of a vintage decor is actually antique furniture with a bad musty smell. Few amenities in the room and general cleaning to be reviewed absolutely. The bathroom is old and with neglected stains. A little carelessness at the reception at the time of payment, wanting to charge costs already paid in advance and parking that we did not use but that coincidentally at check in had not been mentioned was a separate cost. Good breakfast but always below price and a 4 star. The view is wonderful but cannot be the pivot of the living room. We weren't bad, but I wouldn't come back.

To be improved

We stayed in a standard family room with garden view (actually parking). The most beautiful element of this structure is undoubtedly the view, and the experience of the tubs (for a fee). For the rest rooms not up to a 4 star .. Equipment in the room really standard, lack of wardrobes and shelves where you can store your things .. only 2 (really 2!) crutches on which to store your clothes (for a family room) and a shelf, nothing more. In the bathroom ditto, only 2 hooks for bathrobes, a few more shelves would not hurt. The room overall is nice but I expected more from a 4 star.

Interesting structure

Great kitchen, nice structure, but decent cleaning not up to the structure, some things to arrange in the bathroom (like the shower. Starting from the water dispenser, to be replaced, we recommend sealing the glass because water falls to the ground, otherwise everything is fine
