Beautiful hotel with fantastic views
The staff is super friendly, and the food is fresh and tasty.
This was for us the first full breakfast with fresh fruit juice in Italy.
The area is very quiet, but at the same time has plenty to offer for those who still want to do something (national parks, sea, vineyards, towns...). A car is a must here.

The spa is the real gem!
The place enjoys amazing views. Breakfast and aperitif really good, the quality of the products feels. The spa is really a gem, small and intimate!
The outdoor pool perhaps requires a little more cleaning. Absolutely recommended

Get lost in a glass of water... in the true sense of the word!
The spa is very beautiful, large, rather clean although certain elements could use some rearrangement.
The room was very clean, of the right size but the years behind it are noticeable... there are some small jobs to do such as replacing a light bulb, some cracks in the bathroom, the fake parquet on the floor is lifting in some places..... but however, no such negative factors were found. What really bothered us was having to pay €3 for two bottles of water that we took from the minibar in the room, without any indication that they were paid for.
I would also add that the reception staff is not always present during the day (and night) and must be searched around the facility... and that the bathroom lacks a bidet.
Decent and rather varied breakfast... suitable for a 3 star.

Much, much to improve...
The support room was cold, the emotional shower didn't work (it didn't spray water - there were no essences), the tubs of the kneif path were empty and only cold water came out.
The hot tub was so hot you could only stay in it for a short time.
It was not possible to humidify the sauna, as there is no visible brazier to pour the water.
The spa, being exclusive, had been used previously and unfortunately had not been cleaned, on the sauna seats there were footsteps coming from the salt room, and water almost everywhere.
In the end, as we left, no one asked us how it went, at least the basics of building customer loyalty,
€130 for 2 hours is not a lot..
