Super place to stay in bolzano

Super place to stay, beautifully fitted out and decor, modern,very well equipped, modern, comfortable, safe, quiet in the countryside yet convenient for Bolzano and Murano.
You may have to park outside if some DUMBASS takes up two spaces in the garage. No big deal

Well-equipped structure

Well-equipped structure. Room 1 small (especially the shower) but with well managed spaces, functional. Perfect for those who do not intend to have relations with the owners and stay in the room for breakfast. The latter can be improved. Good for privacy (everything available in the room) but non-local products, apart from yogurt and milk. What about the slices of thinners without the packaging (no expiration, no brand, no ingredients)? Location lost in the apple orchards a short distance from the city, great idea parking under the structure

Could be better

I rated this B&B 2 only for a reason,. The view is great and absolutely stunning and a quiet place. The rest was bad, the breakfast started good and every single day the portion of the breakfast was getting smaller or almost nothing. The last day there wasn't a single towel removed from the day before and for 4 people we where only left with 2 towels. The beds aren't comfortable and the pare bedroom is more like a children's room. Wouldn't recommend. I will provide a photo of the last breakfast we were given also we have 2 1litre bottles of juices and a 1 litre bottle of water.

Expensive B and B with industrial low quality food

The B and B is in a modern house in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are small and with no air conditioned can be very hot in summer. You find your keys in a box and there is nobody to provide you with information, help, only in the morning they ask you to pay for the local tax. The breakfast has to be taken in the room. Do not expect local bread or local food, what is supplied in the room is international industry food under plastic bags and sandwich loaf
There are much better places to stay in downtown Bolzano

We were extremely disappointed with our stay.

I have read several favorable reviews of this property, and I feel like they are talking about a totally different place than where we stayed.The view was nice, but we can find nothing else positive to say about this facility. As other reviewers have mentioned, the owners were absent and totally unreachable. We found our key on the porch and entered an empty building. My husband and I are both in our early 70s and had no assistance getting our luggage (we were in Europe for 8 weeks, so we had several bags) to the third floor. Our room was large but was full of four single beds even though we had booked a double. People have also mentioned the "really good breakfast". That was not the case while we were there. There was almost no selection, the juice was from a carton, and the only bread available came straight from the freezer (it had been thawed, but tasted stale).
The biggest issue was that there was no phone and no internet. The "staff", when she was present, consisted of a very young woman, who neither spoke nor understood more than 10 words of English. She, and we, both tried several times to reach the owner with our cell phones but had no success. We realized there was no way to get answers to any questions we had regarding restaurants, directions, or other common tourist issues. Much more importantly, we realized there was no way to get help if there was any kind of emergency.
We emailed the host from our next destination where we did have internet, expressed our disappointment, and asked to please be contacted as soon as possible. That was over two weeks ago, and we still have had no reply.
