A pearl close to the Valley of Temples

Wow what a beautiful hotel/resort 2 steps from the Valley of Temples! The view of one of the temples at lunch and most of the rooms is really magical. This hotel is in the countryside but about 5 minutes drive from the Valley of Temples, which is the main attraction of the area. It is well secured with an entrance gate. The site is beautiful with flowers and trees everywhere. It is an intimate resort with very few rooms, which allows a very very personalized service. The on-site restaurant is amazing, the food is delicious and the service is impeccable. Lunch is also delicious but in buffet format rather than à la carte.
We had a room upgrade for a suite with Jacuzzi. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view is beautiful day and night. This is a hotel where we could have spent a full week without running out of things to do on site and without eating twice the same. A pearl!

Dream days in Sicily

Structure, setting and treatment really excellent. Spectacular view of the Valley of the Temples and the sea of Agrigento. Very nice park with citrus and fruit trees and flowering bushes. Excellent restaurant, both for breakfasts and pearls dinners. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect cleaning. To recommend to friends and to revisit in future trips to Sicily

Nope, not again

Our first impression of this hotel was good. We got a welcome granita, a nice tour speaking of the farm, their products, the owner, etc. But then we got to the room. Everything was so cheap, cheap, cheap. The furniture was basically plywood and lucite. There was a nice shower contraption with multiple jets, installed as an after-thought; the drain in the shower could not support the flow of water, and it was a flat shower bed, so it flooded the bathroom and it went into the bedroom; this was during a very quick 3-minute shower. No closet to speak of. The room also had this grey tile, which could hide eveything. As to the bed, it had thin scratchy sheets. On the pro side, they have some really nice Ortigia toilettries, and we had a view of the Temple of Concordia, albeit far far away. I know that a 5-star rating in Italy does not necessarily mean the same as in other countries in Europe, but this was a very expensive room, and it was very dissapointing.

What a stay

The place to be in Agrigento! Unbelievable beautiful, quit and just minutes away from the 'Valli dei Templi' which is more than worth a visit. Dogs are welcome (a must for us)! Just a great place to stay. Dinner as well as breakfast was a blast.

A hotel you don't expect

A hotel designed with taste and fine design choices. Attention to detail and refinement in detail (outdoor tables volumes of the pool, wonderful attention to outdoor spaces!!).
If we add to this splendid welcome from Salvatore who pampered us by setting up for us together with the waiters a breakfast out of time.... What about
It had been a rebound because the 5-star competitor was full but it will be the absolute priority if we return to the valley of the temples.
5 stars full throughout cleanliness reception accuracy kitchen and location
