In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines exist. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. In order to check in, an up-to-date vaccination certificate or a certificate of recovery must be presented at the reception desk upon check-in. Children under the age of 16 are required to present a negative COVID-19 test performed up to 72 hours before arrival at the hotel. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that Israeli citizens are required to pay 17% VAT for Israel hotel stays. Non-Israeli citizens can be exempted from paying this tax by showing their entry permit (B2/B3/B4 visa). This tax is not included in the total room fee.
