Chai Lifeline/Chayeinu Wish at the Wall

The service, the food and the warm welcome were something that we’ll forever remember and look forward to coming back again. We enjoyed both the comfort of the room and the delicious food both breakfast and dinner and of course the amazing Shabbos experience.

Individual attention for group participants

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel as part of the Chayeinu / Chai Lifeline Wish at the Wall trip just about a month ago. Our stay was pleasant and only added to the incredible time we had in Israel. Several members of our group were wheelchair users and though I can only speak for myself, our room and bathroom were accessible and spacious enough for our chair and additional equipment. The Old City views from our room were beautiful! The beds were really comfortable and the breakfasts were legendary. Any other meals we ate at the hotel, including Shabbat meals, were delicious and plentiful. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and were always polite and helpful. The lobby had plenty of seating options so even busy times allowed for quiet conversations. Thank you for everything!

Amazing!

This hotel is amazing! The staff are so kind and obliging, the rooms and services are the best I've ever seen, everything is so well kept, the food was beyond anything I've ever thought of, everything was professional and well done, 5/5 stars, totally recommend!

Wish at the Wall - Chai Lifeline trip

Speechless! Highly recommend! The hotel took great care of our group which has many handicapped children. Their food and hospitality was the best! Our stay at the hotel defined what עם ישראל חי really means. Was an incredible experience for us!

Very comfortable hotel. Very good value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean and relaxing with plenty cupboard and storage space and excellent bathroom.
The hotel is large with plenty space to sit and relax and the breakfast and food is excellent.
This is our second stay as we were also there in the summer and would definately go again.
