Carry Your Own Bedsheets, Blankets, Towels, etc
Not at all welcoming reception, can do with a lot of improvement in terms of area and also the people.
One of our rooms aircon had water dripping, after informing at least multiple times there was no impact and none came to check. There were just single towel given, had to ask for towels and also bedsheets to cover self multiple times, got it after 2.5 to 3 hours. No water in the taps, had to ask them to come and repair the same.
Went for dinner around 2145hrs, there were tables with used plates & dishes and none bothered cleaning it up, we waited and informed at least half a dozen times but none came to take our order, finally we just picked chaas and lassi from fridge and had to wrap up dinner without food.
Next morning went for breakfast around 0830hrs in the morning and waited for 30 mins for breakfast to be served, it was stale and previous night food for sure, decided to check out and left the hotel immediately.
Staff with attitude, every member similar - none were friendly, it was we are doing you a favour. It is suppose to be a 4 month hotel, they better change the staff and attitude and learn to welcome guests.
