Comfortable and good stay
Good hotel. Nice staff. Location very good and approachable. Rooms are very big and with all amenities. Very comfortable stay. I always use to stay with Clarks whenever I travel any city. Clarks never disappoint to there guests. Highly recommended

Thieving manager Dusty Hotel ongoing building work
Booked this hotel via Agoda messaged the hotel via Agoda site requesting two extra beds. Clark hotel agreed. When arrived they wanted extra money for child single bed.
Manager Shivel took advantage off us knowing we could not cancel hotel ones arrived, I contacted Agoda did not want to know even after showing screenshots of conversations on the website.
AC full off dust ongoing building work which was not mentioned on website.
Club on 5 floor which was not mentioned when I booked.
Breakfast was same everyday.
Stay away from Agoda and Clark Inn express Ludihanna

We want to clarify that your booking voucher specified that no extra beds were included, but we were pleased to provide one complimentary during your stay. Additionally, we communicated that work on the 3rd and 4th floors was in progress, and we encouraged guests to use the elevator to avoid any inconvenience.
Regarding room cleaning, our policy allows for cleaning every day, and we understand that you opted not to have a complete cleaning during your stay. While you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and occasionally packed food, we appreciate your understanding as our staff did not enforce restrictions.
We also noticed some towels were used in ways not intended, but our team chose to address this with care rather than confrontation.
We sincerely apologize for any gaps in communication and the disturbances from ongoing construction. We recognize the importance of these factors to our guests' experiences and will work to improve.

very Helpful and polite staff
I usually do not write reviews but here i was so glad by service of Clarks that i thought to share it online. I frequently use to travel Ludhiana for office meets and exhibitions. First time i stayed with Clarks and enjoyed my stay. It was my three nights stay, and was so comfortable. Hotel staff was very helpful. My stuff approx seven cartages reached a day prior of check in to Ludhiana at exhibition place, they denied to receive later i called to hotel Clarks and staff replied very politely "No need to worry mam we will receive it" i was so releifed. Rooms were much spacious, neat and clean. Well trained staff. Thanks Clarks for such management.

Wonderful stay at ClarksInn Express, Ludhiana!
I had a wonderful stay at ClarksInn Express, Ludhiana, one of the best budget hotels here. It is better to book directly through email or online at the hotel website to get competitive rates.
Check-in & check-out was smooth. Though the hotel is small, the room was well appointed, with all the usual amenities, with excellent housekeeping and attentive, courteous staff.
Whatever little time I spent there outside working hours, I enjoyed the comfortable stay.
