Had a pleasant stay for 3 nights. The room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast could not be better, they had a live cooking station for orders to cook, a variety for everyone. We went for drinks at the terrace on our third night as it wasnt raining and was accompanied by a live band. Recommended place to stay if you're planning on netflix and chill in the room.

An Experience to cherish in Chennai

I live overseas, stayed in February 2025 for 5 days in my Chennai trip. The Raintree St Mary's is one of the elegant, top class hotels in Chennai. The rooms are impeccable, they are modern and well designed. The food in The Colony and The Above Sea restaurants are delicious. The most important aspect about The Raintree is the high quality customer service by staff in restaurants, at the Reception, at the Concierge. In particular I would call out Sharonsh, Pranay, and Rajasekhar, each one of them took care of my requirements, handled my various guests to the restaurant professionally. Your training of the staff is a key factor. Keep up the great work and I can't wait to get back to stay at The Raintree again. Thanks for letting me have a great experience!!

Good overall stay , helpful staff, great food , good amenities, interesting decor

Had a comfortable stay, variety of options at breakfast buffet, friendly helpful staff, special thanks to Nikita, Neha,Uma and Sunita at reception and Bijoy, Pranay/ restaurant staff,and Anand from housekeeping. Definitely recommend to family/friends

This is a truly lovely hotel

I had a wonderful, 6-day stay @ The Raintree. All of the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and very service oriented. The room was large, the bed, linen, and towels were comfortable.
The buffet breakfast featured loads of Indian and Western dishes. Individually cooked egg, pancake and other dishes were also included. The filter coffee was great. would stay here again if I'm ever in Chennai.

A Serene Stay with Exceptional Service

My wife and I recently had another excellent experience at The Raintree, St. Mary's Road. This being our third stay is a testament to our fondness for the hotel. The ambience is aesthetic, peaceful, and soothing, creating a truly relaxing retreat. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and well-appointed. Service—be it housekeeping, in-room dining, or the restaurant—is prompt and efficient. The staff are warm, polite, and exceptionally well-trained. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
