A place to relax

We had the tower room, it's very spacious.
The breakfast buffet had every wish what you want for breakfast starting with a pancake machine.
About fresh pastries, soft egg, salmon, sparkling wine...
The on-site swimming pool and saunas
A place to relax and warm up after a day in the snow.
If you want a drink, go to the mountain bar.
For dinner there was a starter and dessert buffet
As main course 4 different dishes to choose from.
Highly recommended as a whole package.
The staff is very accommodating

Rude staff ridiculous situation

Room was ok. At the breakfast buffet, seating was limited. We found an unreserved open table. After about 5 minutes, two longer-stay guests asked us to move since they preferred to eat at our table. We refused since all of the empty tables were reserved. The staff sided with them and got very rude quickly. It was like a prison bullying scene from a movie. Outrageous situation - don’t go here.

Ok stay

Sport area, so hotel is made in this direction. I had a business stay, which was ok. Big and clean room, so I could not complain. Breakfast was good, I saw they have also savna and massages, but I had no time to try it.

Tolles Wochenende!

Absolut freundliches, kompetentes und gästeorientiertes Team, dem man anmerkt, dass alle mit Spaß bei der Arbeit sind. Kein Wunsch wurde abgeschlagen. Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel war vorbildlich. Keine aufgesetzte, sondern ein erfrischende, natürliche Freundlichkeit. Sehr leckere Küche mit persönlicher Beratung durch den Küchenchef wegen einer Laktoseintoleranz. Macht gerne weiter so. DANKE

Wellnesshotel

Eigentlich ein super Hotel, allerdings erwarte ich von einem 4 Sterne Wellnesshotel zum einen kostenfreie Bademäntel (Kosten 5 €), zum anderen eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer (Kosten 3,50 €). Immerhin ist der Übernachtungspreis nicht gerade günstig.
