Price/performance top
The hotel was all the more gratifying for this. Beautiful, clean hotel with very friendly staff, intercepted by a cheerfully beaming gentleman at the reception (outside freezing rain) and the kitchen service staff early in the morning of the following morning unsuspected helped fix the broken zipper of our suitcase with tape.
The room and bathroom were very clean.
The beds with 90 cm width were not very adapted to our bodies and I pillows like mattresses gave too little cause for joy.
Thanks to multiple plugs with extension cable, our devices could also be charged at the 1 socket without any problems. Otherwise,,,,?
The breakfast for it was again excellent.

Liked the service!, the parking was a bit tiny, but i managed to find a spot!

No goodwill despite technical cancellation
Despite my immediate contact, the hotel has shown no goodwill or understanding to resolve the issue. It would have been appropriate to make an exception as the cancellation was obviously an oversight.
Such an inflexible and less customer-oriented approach has disappointed me greatly. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the poor service and lack of willingness to solve problems.

Uninhabitable in summer
The facilities were great, the lady at the reception very friendly. You can easily get to the airport, the bus stop is right next to the hotel.
