Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the same credit card used for booking must be presented at time of check-in. The name on the credit card must be the same as the guest checking-in. An ID may also be required. If the guest is not the card holder, an authorization must be sent to the hotel by email, including a scanned copy of both sides of the credit card. Please note that at check-in, a credit card deposit for the total amount of the stay will be requested. The payment for the stay will be taken at check-out, either by validating the credit card deposit or by another payment method, in which case the deposit will be automatically canceled. This policy does not apply for bookings made with a special offer and prepayment. Please note that any reservation of more than 5 rooms for the same dates will not be accepted with individual conditions. Special reservation and cancellation policies will apply.
